At Swee Lee Malaysia, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your musical gear purchase. If your item is defective or incorrect, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund subject to our terms and conditions.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Items must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a return.

  Submit a return request through our online contact form or email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Once your request is authorized, securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back to our designated service center in Malaysia.

  Inspection and Resolution

  Our technicians will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method.
